You need to complete just five easy steps to join the Arnold DNA Study:

1. Fill out an application
2. Submit your pedigree chart
3. Sign and return two release forms
4. Consider how advance planning can help you continue your research
5. Order your test kit from Family Tree DNA

The following screens will step you through each of these. If you haven't already, you may want to print a checklist to more easily track your progress.

Important: Before signing up as a participant in the Arnold DNA study, please be sure you:

• read, understand and agree to the privacy policies of this site and of Family Tree DNA.

• understand what's involved with the test, how much it costs, and how we coordinate results.
